We aim to polish watches within 5 working days.
We usually say to only polish your watch when it needs a polish – so when the wear and tear is evident. It depends on how often you use the watch but every 2/3 years is reasonable.
If you polish your watch too often, you may see a visual difference – the watch will lose its edge/sharpness. This is normal if the watch has been polished 3 or more times but the difference is not massively noticeable.
