We water pressure test all watches before and after the battery is replaced. If the watch is water resistant before, it will be the same afterwards. We seal all watches appropriately.
Bring your watch back in so we can assess the issue. Unfortunately, when a new battery has been fiitted but the watch still does not work – the issue is more than likely with the movement of the watch itself which is a seperate problem. Contact us for more info.
We are more than happy to keep your watch safely and securely for you until you are ready to collect. We do ask that you leave your watch with us for no longer than a month.

Depending on the repair, we may be able to accommodate it – however, often the time a watch takes to repair is out of our control as specific watch parts have to be ordered and shipped.
