The process for repairing your watch or jewellery is fairly simple. Contact us via call, whatsapp or by stopping by our Central London shop with your item for repair. If it is a simple repair such as link removal or battery replacement – that can often be done on the same day. If the repair is more complex, we can give you an initial diagnosis on the issue of the watch and what may need to be done. In some cases, the watch must be sent to our accredited workshop to be opened up and examined so we can pin-point what the problem is.

We repair all watches. Some watches cannot be repaired as the specific parts may no longer be in production and circulation but for the most part, all watches can be repaired.
Many watch maufacturers and brands will advise you to service your watch every 2 years, however this is not necessary. A watch should only be serviced when it needs to be serviced which tends to be every 5 or so years depending on the age of the watch.
